Jade is an Assistant Professor of Theatre and Dance at University of California at San Diego and a volunteer and member at Centro, where she currently supports board and curatorial work and is a member of Bomba Liberte.

General board meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm at the Centro Cultural de la Raza. 

The arts advisory committee (AAC) meets every first (open) and third Wednesday (closed) of the month at 6:30 pm. 

Community Advisory Council (CAC) meets quarterly

(Feb, May, Aug, Nov).

Arts Advisory Committee (AAC)

The Arts Advisory Committee (AAC) of the Centro Cultural de la Raza organizes  our programming and calendar of events, ensuring they advance Centro’s mission, and other issues relevant to the operations of the Centro and its relationship to broader community.

Community Advisory Council

The Community Advisory Council (CAC) of the Centro Cultural de la Raza serves in an advisory capacity to the Board and keeps the channels of communication open with the broader community. You may email any Centro committee or Board member with concerns, however, it is best to email the CAC chair directly with any concerns or contributions you are interested in making.
